Why Set the PACE?
The Set the PACE 5K fundraiser supports the PACE Southeast Michigan Community Giving Fund.
While PACE Southeast Michigan provides care to older adults, there are other basic and emergency necessities that, due to funding regulations, are not covered by the program.
The Community Giving Fund helps with costs for roof repairs, repair or replacement of appliances, and avoiding utility shutoffs and evictions. It allows one of the most vulnerable populations in Southeast Michigan – our seniors – stay in the homes and communities they love.
