Boosting Black Women-Owned Businesses
Fifth Third Bank just announced a new $1.2 million program called Innovation meets Main Street: Boosting Black Women-Owned Businesses. This program is a partnership between AEO and LISC powered by Fifth Third Bank.
The program helps Black and other minority women-owned businesses impacted by COVID-19 or the civil unrest. Grants up to $10,000 will be available to help with issues like layoff aversion, covering operational costs, paying rent, and connecting with customers. Applications close on September 23.
