Seasonal Employment Opportunities-Recreation Authority of Roseville & Eastpointe

Summer Daycamp
Applicants must be 18 years of age. Summer Daycamp is a nine-week, licensed daycare program for youth ages 6-12 years old. Program runs June 19-August 18, 2017; with mandatory training sessions required prior to employment. Program work hours vary between the hours of 7am-6pm. Monday through Friday; with some weekend pre-employment training necessary. Employees work 35-40 hours per week at a starting rate of $9.00 per hour. Program is held in both an indoor and outdoor setting at the Recreation Center. CPR/First Aid/AED training is required for employment and will be provided by employer.

Park Attendants
Applicants must be 18 years of age. Park Attendants are responsible for the evening and weekend general maintenance, cleanliness and security of community parks located within the cities of Roseville and Eastpointe. Employment is primarily between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day Weekend. work hours vary between the hours of 9:00am-9:30pm., with occasional extended hours due to special events. Employees work approximately 20-25 hours per week at a starting rate of $8.50 per hour. Employees work in an outdoor setting at various parks located throughout the cities of Roseville and Eastpointe.
